This transparent acrylic board fits in a sturdy wooden stand to make a convenient eye-gaze board. The nonspeaker looks at a picture to convey a message. The communication partner, who sits on the opposite side of the board, follows the client’s gaze to interpret the message.
Pocket Overlay
Here’s the overlay for clients who are at the stage of identifying objects or large pictures on their eye-gaze systems. The transparent Pocket Overlay has 8 pockets sized to fit small toys or objects as well as oversized pictures. This is a practical tool for developing initial direct selection skills.
Standard Overlay
5 transparent overlays are custom-sized to fit the Eye-Com Board. Place a different set of pictures or stickers on each overlay to expand a client’s vocabulary. Because the overlays clip on the board, they are easy to change as needed.
