Tactile-Kinesthetic Writing Program Teaching Cursive Skills
The Tactile-Kinesthetic Writing Program provides systematic training in cursive writing skills for persons of all ages who lack motor coordination and/or sensory-motor integration. The unique tactile-kinesthetic surfaces on these materials are similar to our special Right-Line¨ Paper. The enhancement of sensory input assists with visual-spatial organization, facilitates cursive letter formation, writing line orientation, and word/letter spacing concepts. Tactile-Kinesthetic paper corresponds to the writing paper models in the blackline master workbook, thus assisting in the transition form raised line paper to regular lined paper. The program includes:
• 26 write-on-wipe-off tactile-kinesthetic cards in upper- and lowercase letters
• Blackline master reproducible spiral-bound workbook
• Special wide- and narrow-ruled tactile-kinesthetic paper designed for the writing program
• Special tactile-kinesthetic writing paper with vertical grid lines to cue correct spacing
