Measures an individual’s capability on a range of aptitude scales
DAT for Guidance assesses a range of key abilities or aptitudes which are important for
success in different areas of employment. Developed originally for use in providing
guidance over occupationally relevant strengths and weaknesses, DAT for Guidance is an
excellent development tool. Norms are provided for a number of occupations, and include
students in further and higher education as well as adults receiving career guidance.
