Measures an individual’s capability on key aptitudes

DAT for Selection assesses a range of key abilities or aptitudes which are important for success in different areas of employment. Two separate components are available, the General Abilities Battery and the Technical Abilities Battery. Either battery can be used in a selection or developmental setting to identify the relative strengths of an individual.
